The horticulture initiative with the Big Bay EEC focused on helping people reconnect with food, land, and community through hands-on learning experiences.
Planned programming will include gardening and food production workshops, seasonal educational events, community garden opportunities, and partnerships that support local growers and the farmers market.
With this program our focus is ncourage sustainable practices, strengthen local food networks, and create accessible opportunities for people of all experience levels to learn, grow, and share together.
